Thunderkick
Thunderkick is an independent slot developer based in Stockholm. The company says it began in 2012 and creates its games in-house. Pink Elephants, Pink Elephants 2 – Reborn and Esqueleto Explosivo show the range within its catalog: different win systems, bonus progression and volatility classifications.
Three Thunderkick games, three useful comparison points
| Title | Published win structure | Features emphasized by the manufacturer | Volatility label |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pink Elephants | 6 reels; 4,096 ways | Mystery Scatter; free spins; symbol transformation; retriggers | High |
| Pink Elephants 2 – Reborn | 6 reels; 4,096 Connecting Pay Ways | Mystery Scatter; bonus progression; Feature Buy | High |
| Esqueleto Explosivo | 5 reels; 17 paylines | Dropping symbols; Mucho Multipliers; Explosivo Wild | Low |
This sample makes two differences visible. Pink Elephants and Reborn share a broad six-reel format, while Esqueleto Explosivo uses a line-based structure. The manufacturer also places the examples in different volatility categories. Neither the studio name nor the presence of falling symbols determines a game’s win rules on its own.
Why 17 lines and 4,096 ways cannot be ranked as odds
A line describes a permitted position pattern for a line award. A ways system evaluates eligible symbol positions across the required reels. The larger printed count does not measure how often the required symbols appear, how much a qualifying result pays or how bonus awards are distributed.
For a practical comparison, ask what forms a result before asking what follows it. Esqueleto Explosivo’s dropping symbols describe an ongoing process after an evaluation. Pink Elephants’ symbol meters describe a bonus progression effect. Falling symbols and changing a symbol’s identity are different mechanisms, even when both create a changing screen.
Pink Elephants shows why bonus progression matters
In the original bonus, Elephant Orbs fill symbol meters. Completing a meter converts its linked symbol into an Elephant for the remaining bonus and adds one free spin. That creates two changes to follow: the symbol transformation persists, while the extra spin increases the remaining count.
Reborn’s product description explicitly includes Feature Buy, an entry route into a feature. The original game’s Orb collection instead describes progression inside an active bonus. Entry options and bonus progression answer different questions, so the two games must be compared using their own documented rules.
Choose the next title by the question you want answered
- For ways-based counting and persistent symbol changes, start with the original Pink Elephants rules.
- For series comparisons, put Pink Elephants and Pink Elephants 2 – Reborn side by side; keep their titles and documented features distinct.
- For a different win structure within the same studio, compare Esqueleto Explosivo’s 17-line format with the 4,096-way examples.
The manufacturer’s High and Low labels describe its classifications, not a schedule of future payouts. Likewise, the comparison above is about these named products, not a claim that every Thunderkick game has the same volatility or that one title is more profitable for a particular player.
Use the studio directory to compare developer identities. A studio supplies games; a directory entry does not establish which version an unrelated website loads or whether it offers that product in a particular location.
